Burger Sauce Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- Ground turkey - • 1 pound
- MJ’s Bread Crumbs - • 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1
- Salt
- Black pepper
- MJ’s Burger Sauce
- Burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onion
- Sliced pickles
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, MJ’s Bread Crumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape them into burger patties.
3. Preheat a grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Place the turkey burger patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
5. Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
6. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of the burger sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
7. Place a cooked turkey burger patty on top of the sauce.
8. Top the patty with lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and sliced pickles.
9. Close the burger with the top half of the bun.
10. Serve the Burger Sauce Turkey Burgers immediately.
