Chili BBQ Meatballs Using Chili BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- Ground beef - 1 pound
- MJ’s Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- MJ’s Chili BBQ Sauce - 1 cup
- MJ’s Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk together. Let them sit for a couple of minutes to allow the MJ’s Bread Crumbs to absorb the milk.
3. Add the ground meat, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix everything together until well combined.
4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a lightly greased baking dish.
6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the MJ’s Chili BBQ sauce, MJ’s Ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder to create the MJ’s Chili BBQ sauce.
7. Pour the MJ’s Chili BBQ sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
