MJ’s Salad Cream Recipe: Salad Cream Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- Pasta (such as fusilli or farfalle) - 8 oz (225g)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 cup
- Diced cucumber - 1/2 cup
- Diced red bell pepper - 1/4 cup
- Diced red onion - 1/4 cup
- Diced cheddar cheese - 1/4 cup
- MJ’s Salad Cream dressing (as needed)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives), for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, and diced cheddar cheese.
3. Drizzle Salad Cream dressing over the salad and toss to coat all the ingredients.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Refrigerate the pasta salad for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
