MJ’s Icing Sugar – MJ’s Icing Sugar is perfect for making icing, cream cheese and butter creams for cakes and cupcakes as it combines easily and dissolves instantly. You can also use the icing sugar to create a smooth white glaze on top of sponge cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and finger buns. To make the perfect icing sugar, place the icing sugar in a bowl and add one tablespoon of milk and vanilla essence. Mix thoroughly.
