Acai Bowl
Ingredients
- Oatmeal made with MJ’s White Oat - 1/3 cup
- Fresh berries - 1 cup
- frozen strawberries - 1/3 cup
- Banana - 1
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Choice of toppings
Instructions
Step 1 :
Add frozen bananas and frozen mixed berries to a blender and blend on low.
Step 2 :
Then add a little (not too much!) milk of choice.
Step 3 :
Layer the bowl starting with MJ’s oats, acai mix and finally toppings of your choice
